Larry Dunn
Larry Dunn is an experienced educator who leads the award winning Magnolia High School Chamber Choir, Bel Canto, and V (GENTS) while also serving as the Director of Performing Arts and chair of the district's strategic planning committee. Dunn holdsmultiple degrees and certifications including Educational Administration & Supervision. Dunn is a sought-after clinician and adjudicator in Arkansas and Louisiana. He has been named Region III Director of the Year (2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2021), was twice named the Arkansas Choral Directors Association Distinguished Director Award recipient (2015 & 2022) and has received several other honors including Magnolia Junior High Teacher of the Year, Magnolia School District Teacher of the Year, Columbia County Chamber of Commerce Educator of the Year and Southern Arkansas University Distinguished Young Alumnus. Dunn currently serves as the president of the Arkansas Chapter of the American Choral Director's Association.

Dr. Desiree Alexander is an award-winning, multi-degreed educator, speaker, and author who has been in the educational field since 2002. She is the Deputy Director for the Associated Professional Educators of Louisiana and the Founder CEO of Educator Alexander Consulting, LLC. Cindy Wallace
Cindy Wallace has experience as both a campus and district administrator. She has helped shape teaching and learning through the recognition of the needs of the student population, selecting and implementing curriculum components and technology tools, establishing methods for assessing and monitoring student progress and planning and implementing extensive professional development for faculty and staff. She has written and been awarded over $2.1 million in grants, selected curriculum materials and purchased equipment to provide students with hands-on opportunities to explore scientific and mathematical concepts through robotics, connected with NASA engineers and scientists around the globe with distance learning equipment, and utilized technology in real world, meaningful ways. She has identified at-risk students, planned for remediation, and overseen the Title I, reading, and outside support programs. While she has helped shape teaching and learning in classrooms across the country, she is most proud of the work she has done over the last three years: helping students in north Louisiana earn over $34M in scholarships via Test Prep Class. rom integrating robotics to digital game creation, Cindy, her colleagues, and their students have fun while boosting scores. It is easy to see why their team is quickly becoming the leading choice by schools in Northwest Louisiana to provide prep courses for students taking the ACT.
